All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We are not responsible for any errors in product descriptions, images, or pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you accordingly.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be verified.

4. Swimwear and Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, all swimwear items are considered final sale once the protective hygiene liner has been removed. Items must be tried on over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing hygiene liners. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, graphics, and product designs — is the property of Miami Colombian Swim and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
